on objects such as clothing (tees from express, jeans, polos, boxers, etc) and on a bottle of lotion and sunscreen? They were here Sunday and let by about 2 PM (eastern time)

Can a person be infected with and spread the flu virus to others without having any awareness that they are sick and without showing any symptoms?Also, how many times per year does the average adult in the United States get sick (with flu or colds, or other contagious respiratory illnesses)?But can somebody be contagious without EVER showing symptoms or getting sick, like those people who never almost never get sick.

I have a really high temp (103) and feel just awful. I have never been so sick in my life. Now I feel like kind of a baby, but I know a high temp for over a week can’t be good!!Thanks to you, Doug S! I feel better all ready. Your computerside manner is great! Lupita, this is the first time I have been out of bed in four days and I just drug myself down here to see if there was something else I could do at home. I guess maybe I have more of the strength than you do!

If I get the H1N1 flu vaccine when I have a cold, can I get sick from the vaccine?

My town is holding a H1N1 vaccine clinic today, and I think I want to get vaccinated; however, I have a bad cold. I’m afraid that if I get the vaccine while sick (because my immune system is compromised), that I will get swine flu. Is that possible/likely?
